How Sadeya works

Every number on this page is read straight from the code that runs the marketplace, so this page and the system can never disagree.

🔒 Your money is held, not handed over

Payment goes into escrow. The seller is paid only after you confirm the goods — or automatically 3 days after delivery, if you say nothing.

⏱️ Clocks you can see

The seller has 2 days to hand the parcel to a courier, or the order cancels itself and your money returns. You have 3 days after delivery to check the goods. In a dispute the seller must respond within 2 days.

💸 We are paid only when it works

Sadeya takes 5% of the goods value — not the shipping — and only from orders that complete. There are no ads, no paid ranking, and no fee on failed orders.

🏷️ Honest prices

Every price change is recorded. A struck-through “was” price is only shown if it genuinely applied for at least 14 days, which makes invented discounts impossible.

⭐ Reviews that cannot be bought

A review is attached to one delivered order line — one review per purchase. There is no other way to create one, not even for us.

⚖️ Disputes in the open

Both sides see exactly the same timeline of evidence, and every decision must state its reason before it can be recorded.

💬 About chat here

Buyer–seller chat on Sadeya is readable by the system, so we can detect fraud and use it as evidence in disputes. If you want a conversation nobody but you two can read, use Bisik instead — that is what it is for.
